Overall we were happy with our choice. The beds were comfortable and the added shuttle service was great as well as being close to the airport. The staff was kind and helpful. We stayed twice.

Really just wanted a clean room to stay in to get a good night's sleep and a shower. No problems there. Was nice a quiet and the beds were comfortable. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay this is a good one.

Local Shuttle Info: Complimentary shuttle to the airport and a limited radius of the hotel such as BWI Amtrak/Marc Station, BWI Business District Light Rail and local area restaurants. Shuttle hours are 4 am - 1 am Monday - Friday and 5 am - 12 am Saturday and Sunday.Airport guests must contact the front desk from the airport after they have gathered their luggage. Hotel Courtesy phones are located throughout the baggage claim area.

RediClean Enhanced Cleaning Protocols – EPA Approved Common Areas Red Roof has recommended aggressive sanitation and cleaning steps system-wide, using EPA approved products that kill COVID-19 including: -Additional sanitation of high-touch points in common areas. -Sanitizing exterior and corridor touchpoints four times per day. -Encouraging continued social distancing in all public areas of its properties. In-room -Hotel staff are being asked to be extra diligent in sanitizing guest rooms. -Room cleaning frequency during a guest’s stay may be altered based on guest requirements. -We recommend that linens, towels and laundry are washed in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. Dirty linen should be bagged in the guest room to eliminate excess contact while being transported to the laundry facility.
