Located on Franklin Blvd. adjacent to the University of Oregon and Sacred Heart Hospital, Phoenix Inn Suites is in the heart of Eugene, Oregon and accessible to most venues within walking distance. Downtown businesses are walking distance away, as are many restaurants and other area attractions. The Millrace Canal, easily accessible from the University of Oregon by crossing Franklin Blvd, parallels the river for three or four miles and provides escapes from Eugene’s main downtown thoroughfares. In addition to running and biking paths, Eugene hosts several venues such as Autzen Stadium, home football field for the University of Oregon Ducks, (and occasionally a venue for concerts), Cuthbert Amphitheater, Matthew Knight Arena, the Willamette Science and Technology Center, and Hayward Field, location of the famous track & field PreFontaine Classic and back-to-back Olympic Trials.
