This hotel was great! It was clean, quiet and calm. The breakfast was good and plentiful also. This was the second night of our stay at Niagara Falls and this hotel beat the other one on the Canadian side hands down. The parking in the garage across the street was not bad at all. The desk person validated our ticket, so we didn't even have to pay for parking, which was great!

Unfortunately I did not get the name of one particular person that worked at the front entrance desk ! It was a young girl with very much spunk, was working hard every time I saw her and the fact we were there for five nights and she was there all but one of them, she was what lightened our load for questions! She’s magical! I wish I had 10 of her to work for me! The regular timing for replacement of towels, toiletries, garbages everything was great! Cleanliness was good! The view was remarkable! I’d suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a great time and center point for coming to the Niagara Falls immediate area! I’d come back.
