Awesome front desk service. She was a lifesaver. My husband and I had checked out and left. Realized about an hour in our decent, I left my purse. Your front desk double checked for me to find my purse. I was so relieved.

The Hampton Inn-Ashtabula has 71 hotel rooms. Cleaning Policies

Currently we have hand sanitizing stations located in all public areas and elevator landings. Our public spaces are cleaned with hospital grade sanitizer as well as Lysol every two hours. We clean elevator buttons and rails every hour. We have installed plexi-glass sneeze guards at our front desk area. We have implemented the Hilton CleanStay program in all guest rooms which includes using Lysol on high touchpoint areas of the guest room like light switches, remote, door handles, air conditioning unit, all handles on furniture in the room. Housekeeping service for occupied rooms is done upon guest request only. All checked out rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest.
