"Seattle's only waterfront hotel!"

This is one of my favorite properties in Seattle the city's only waterfront hotel! (The neon red "E" that sits above the hotel is often considered an integral part of Seattle's waterfront panorama). This hotel is a perfect mixture of classic design with a bit of edge. The overarching style of the hotel is rich leathers and heavy wood, but radical design elements are occasionally interspersed throughout (for instance, the bar/restaurant features "trees" that are part wood and part metal). The hotel sits right on the water and sports floor to ceiling windows of the ocean view whenever possible, such as a full wall in both the lobby and the restaurant. It is a truly gorgeous view and a great place to take visitors for a drink. The rooms are average size, but feature really tall, lofted ceilings and fireplaces, which gives them a cozy feel similar to a cabin or a boathouse. They also have fantastic event space that displays the same view, making this a popular destination for events that are trying to "show off" the city. I can truly say that this hotel would be an excellent match for any type of group, visitor, or event and I highly recommend it.
