"Elegant hotel near hospital with wonderful staff!"

My family and I stayed at the Bristol Hotel for two weeks during Christmas due to a family member unexpectedly in the hospital down the street. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating – they let us keep the same room while different family members came and went and helped us rotate the reservation between different names. The hotel is elegant, clean and spacious and was such a peaceful haven to come back to after being at the hospital all day. We loved the friendly touches like Andes mints from housekeeping and evening hot cocoa in the lobby. They even gave us an electric kettle for our room when we couldn't figure out how to make hot water for tea in the Nespresso machine and also gave us an ornament from the lobby Christmas tree to take to the hospital room for holiday cheer. Many thanks to all the staff for their kindness and excellent service during a challenging time!
