"Customer Service at It's BEST!"

The room was very nice with a good view of the river. I went down to the front desk to express our dissatisfaction with a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The manager was very apologetic and moved our room immediately. She also deducted $$$ from our stay and when we returned after the cruise we would be comp'd an upgrade to our room at no charge. It was really refreshing to see a business go to the lengths that they did to make sure the customer was taken care of in a way that was satisfactory to us. I highly recommend the Riverside Hotel!
