Great location. Within walking distance of many of the restaurants and sites of the French Quarter. Phil, one of the bellmen, was excellent. Leah, at the front desk, was very helpful. Room was nice.

This hotel is a gem. Great location. Friendly and kind staff who were super responsive. The pool is warm's didn't want to get out. Concierge and all staff were knowledgeable and so helpful. Handicap wheelchair accessibility was good and the accessible room was perfect for us.
