Arrived at hotel at 12 Noon and was informed that the room would not be ready till three pm. I told them that it has to be at three sharp as I have a wedding at 4pm. Returned at three pm only to find out it was still not available. Waited another 15 minutes and was given the keys. To my surprise when I opened the room it was not cleaned, no bed bedding no nothing. needless to say I was late for the wedding which was my reason for this trip.
