I stay here a lot, it is always consistent the staff are genuine lovely and helpful. Check in is always smooth and fast, it was when I checked in as they had to use paper due to Crowd Strike issue and there wasn’t much time difference.

Group of three, sharing a queen room with a sofa bed! Plenty of space within the room. Clean, comfy beds. Breakfast was great, location was great and easy distance to sealife and Legoland and the arena! Would fully recommend to family and friends.
