Property Description

The Best Western Rainbow Country Inn is convienently located off of highway #1 at Exit #116 across from Chilliwack Heritage Park. There are 2 full service restaurants on site and a lounge that features Wednesday Night Kareoke and live entertainment Friday and Saturday. The hotel features an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, surrounded in a lush tropical atrium. We cater to grousp of all sizes.

We are committed to helping protect out planet by reducing our energy consumption, water & waste. Our goal is to leave a smaller carbon footprint and that is why we have partnered with Ecostay Certified. Ecostay Certified is a third party program that supports hotels across North America in their effort to take action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Each night you stay with us, we''ll make a contribution on your behalf of $2 per night. 15% of this fee is used to fund sustainability tracking, education & consulting. 25% is used for new conservation initiatives throughout our hotel and 60% goes towards the Ecostay Motherland Reforestation project.

Cleaning Policies

Following Best Western's "We Care Clean" program, we disinfect our public areas such as the lobby every 2-4 hours, there is hand sanitizer available in the lobby, social distancing markers on lobby floor, and counters and all surfaces used are cleaned after each guest. Our rooms are cleaned once over as normal with the use of gloves and face masks. After being cleaned, our housekeepers put on fresh gloves and masks to disinfect the room and put in the fresh linens.
