We have stayed here several times as it is close to Cleveland Clinic. Staff goes above to meet the needs of clients. They recognize that many are here for health reasons. The shuttle takes you to the hospital. The rooms are comfortable, I have had to rebook two times due to extended stays due to medical problems. It is not a problem. The servers and bartenders take pride in remembering people and greet with friendship. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Valet parking is welcomed, easy in easy out. Can't say enough especially when you need it.

We clean and disinfect our public spaces every 1 - 2 hours a day with special attention to "frequent touch" spots. We disinfect our public restrooms every 1 - 2 hours per day.
