Check in was smooth, all counter staff were professional, polite, efficient and friendly. The room accommodations were adequately sized, clean and all cleaning staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant menu prices were reasonable, with large portions. Erin served us and deserves a special shout out for her pleasant personality and was efficiently skilled as our server. She is a wonderful representative of your organization and deserves an immediate raise in salary!

My stay was excellent from the chronic destone spa. Receptionist Maria was friendly and very helpful. Malissa in the dpazwas spot on and professional Aswell as the receptionist. Very clean and the staff very helpful. Thank for the great stay. Definitely and regular Visit is warranted.

Recreation available within a short distance includes golfing, the Schweitzer ski resort and the Kootenai Wildlife Refuge.Our 24-hour casino room features a service bar, deli, over 400 machines in three rooms including Virtual 21.
