The rooms were clean. The rep at check in was pleasant. During our stay we needed to make some changes and Barbara Zappa was extremely helpful and very efficient in getting our changes made. She really went over and beyond to help us. As we will be traveling to this area in the future to see our new great grandson, our choice for where to stay is very easy. Please give a special thank you to Barbara Zappa for her extreme kindness and professionalism as she worked through our changes. Kathi and David Holt Lifetime Diamond Members of Hilton Honors.
