The Hampton Inn Franklin is exactly what you expect of a Hampton brand. Clean, functional and friendly service.Breakfast is included in the rate, and includes some hot items in addition to continental breakfast items. There are 37 suites on site with a kitchenette, which is great for extended stay travelers as well. Kroger is located right next door to make a shopping trip simple. Speaking of nearby places, there are also restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well.PROS: Near things to do, breakfast included in rate, can accommodate extended stay travelers, duvet covers changed for every new guest.CONS: Extended stay rate can be a little higher than most people want to pay, a little tricky to find, but with GPS you can get there.

This was one of the nicest pet friendly hotels we have ever stayed in! Clean, nice layout and just because we had a dog we didn’t get a stained, old, room in disrepair! The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with an item we accidentally left behind. The manager, Evan, really saved us. We booked this same hotel to stay in on our way home.

Stayed here for the annual Civil War Show and Sale a couple of exits down at the Williamson Ag Center. Great clean facility, friendly staff, convenient to restaurants and shops. Very reasonable rates relative to other lesser quality hotels I have stayed in the area.

Property Description

Located in the heart of Historic Franklin, TN, home to many Civil War battle sites, just a few miles south of Nashville, we are a 127 room hotel waiting to host you and your guests. We offer 2 room apartment style king suites with kitchenettes, as well as double and king rooms. We feature the signature Hampton Inn Cloud Nine beds as well as the complimentary hot On the House breakfast daily. We have an outdoor pool as well as an on site fitness center. We are adjacent to Cool Springs Galleria Mall and in the midst of 100 restaurants, finding something to do during your down time will be no problem. During the pandemic, we have intensified our cleaning procedures and are proud participants of the Hilton CleanStay program. We take the extra time in each room to make sure that it is extra clean and all high touch points are sanitized.
