After missing my connecting flight home (late in the evening) I needed a place to stay. The hotel was new/new like, very clean and very comfortable. The girl at check-in was super nice and accommodating and when the bartender, Ian, heard I had not had a meal, he heated up his own dinner, insisted I eat it and kept the lights on for me to do so. 100% the nicest collective group of people I've ever met in the service industry!

Very friendly staff. indoor and outdoor pools health club, 3 resteraunts, 2lounges, picnic area on hotel grounds no charge for parking, comp hosp. suite.1 hr. welcome reception with beer, wine, soda, and snacks, reduced menu pricing for reunions,20 places to eat within walking distance of the hotel, You can be in downtown Chicago in 25 min. for $1.50 per person. 24 hr room service.
