Excellent check in, greeting. Room was comfortable. Very fine buffet breakfast one morning. Quite convenient to Washington, D.C. l forgot my cell telephone charger and was able to buy a compatible one in the gift shop for a reasonable price l thought. two ideas for suggested improvements: (1) the room key cards are very difficult to use. Either re charge the batteries (if that is the problem) or better yet eliminate the inefficient, un maintained electronic access cards in favor of traditional metal keys which are dependable and much easier to use than the modern electronic cards; and (2) better staff the restaurant. When l was there for breakfast Mina was quite attentive except that every one missing after the bill was left. I wished to pay cash and not charge to the room. I did pay cash but now am afraid that the charge might be applied to the room and since l needed to leave and no one was manning the greeting area, l have no receipt for payment for breakfast.
