Stayed at the Residence Inn downtown/convention area in Kansas City, MO for a sold out conference across the street. It was comfortable and clean. Colleagues at the conference site showed us their space and we were in a completely different, higher level of comfort. What really stood out was the staff, from the front desk to the bistro, housekeeping and valet, we got only helpful and positive contacts, which is a rare experience these days. Give the staff a raise, their support and availability made this a solid gold experience for us!

You need to offer your senior discount every night and inform your desk people the correct information regarding the discount policy at check in we were told our senior discount was good for all four nights of our stay then at check out we were told only two nights were discounted that is poor management and bad business practice.
