Overall, the hotel was really nice, and the customer service was fantastic. We were away from the hotel for the vast majority of the time but when we were in the hotel, everything was good. Very clean and it was nice that parking was free. Pretty good location if you want to go to Downtown LA, Hollywood and Disneyland as it's in the middle. Awesome experience for sure, would recommend!
