I thought it was ghetto, no customer services and or need to learn to be friendly. The pool dirty, broken chairs, the pool deck was not organized at all. Oh the shower by the pool and restroom out of order as well the sauna room and hot tub filthy and broken. Lets not talk about the continental breakfast. The containers for the milk were broken, the cereal boxes had no refill, coffee machines were dirty and the stainless steel was not really looking clean. Bathroom had a couple of broken tiles as well as dirty carpet in the room. I actually was walking barefoot in my room before I laid down and my daughter told me "mom your feet are black". I would not stay at this place again.

My toilet was stopped up, the carpet was frayed, and whoever painted the room had paint all over the floor in the bathroom and on the baseboards. It looked really tacky. The air conditioner literally roared all night. It sounded like a dying animal. The pictures that are posted online are deceiving. Had I known that the room was going to look like it did, I would have never booked there. Lesson learned. Your desk clerk was very polite, but that's the best I can say. I am not a complainer, but after being on the road for nine hours to get there, I expected better.

I would not stay there. Would not refund my money for the first night. The picture on the website looks nothing like the real building.
